А что за процедура? Там, вроде, всё как обычно делается (ну, разве что, в режиме Legacy, из-под Dos'a) или нет?

Make sure that AC Main Power is connected to your notebook, before proceed with BIOS update!!!
For BIOS Update:

Flashing Instructions:
Prepare USB key by >>Use the MSI HQ Forum USB flasher<<
by using Mode 1 Point to archive file and point to GE70_514_Maksim.rar
When preparation is done:
Get this one:
http://forum-en.msi.com/svet/ME_Port_Svet.rarExtract it, then copy ME_Port.com manually to the USB key which is already prepared by HQ Tool.
Then reboot NB and enter in BIOS Setup,
[From BIOS Setup, Disable secure boot and set boot mode to legacy]
then save and exit and boot from the USB key.
When you boot from USB key, you will see modes to choose:
1. Memtest
2. Proceed with Update
3. Flash back to older version
When this menu appear, press "SHIFT+F5", this should drop to DOS.
When you see A:\ or C:\, type:
me_port.com [CTRL+M]
Wait a bit then you should see:
Code: [Select]

Unlocking Intel ME Port ...Complete!
Please shutdown the system and wait for about 10 seconds!
Do NOT remove power source from NB!
Just press power button to power off the NB!
Wait 10 seconds, then Turn ON your Notebook and boot directly from USB key
And proceed with BIOS & ME Update.
Wait to finish then power off the NB and remove all power sources[AC&DC]
Wait 30 seconds, then turn it on! Enjoy your Updated NB!

When this message appear:
Press power button to power off (Do NOT remove power, just turn off the NB with power button)
Wait 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Boot directly to USB key and proceed with update [Choose "2. Proceed with Update" after you boot from the stick], choose No to run Memtest and proceed with update.
When the update is done, and tool ask you for reboot, choose No
Then it will drop to DOS.
Then turn off/power off your NB and remove both power sources [battery and AC power cord]
and wait 30 seconds, then reattached them both and turn it on and its done.
It's important to follow the exact instructions by described way.
Do EC Reset after the update:
